A blend of 34% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, and 33% Pinot Meunier from an array of vintages: 40% 2010, 30% 2009, 15% 2008, and 15% 2007. Partial fermentation in 225 Liter oak barrels and 55% of the wine goes through malolactic fermentation. This wine shows exceptional complexity and maturity while still carrying freshness and youth along with amazing texture.
