From the village of Bisseuil from vines planted in 1960-1962 on very chalky soils. Fermented in 228L used barrels in the coldest part of the cellar for a long fermentation. Aged 42 months on the lees before disgorgement. A beautiful Champagne with excellent fruit and floral notes.
