Goiset, Pierre 2025 Vin de France A Tatons

Pierre Goiset's 2025 "À Tâtons" is from the same parcel as his "Le Query," from younger vines, 35 to 65 years of age, on the granite soils in Maisdon. The grapes see a light crushing, pressed as whole clusters over eight hours. It ages seven months on fine lees in fiberglass. It's the lightest of the three Melon de Bourgognes from Pierre, with fresh white flowers and subtle melon fruit. There's a nice salinity on the finish and incredible freshness, a perfect accompaniment to fresh seafood, particularly oysters or ceviche, best served quite cool!
