From a single parcel of Aligote planted in the 1940s in the village of Chassey le Camp just southeast of Santenay. Indigenous yeast fermentation in larged used barrels for 10 months.
Beautiful notes of lemon and green apple with a touch of herbaceousness. Lovely texture with a nice roundless on the palette and a long fresh finish.
