Tutti Frutti Ananas 2022 Toranja

Manuel's white from the Tutti Frutti Ananas project is all Grenache Gris, pressed directly in a slow manual press over 4 hours with whole clusters. Fermentation and aging is in cement, with no racking or filtration. The slow press helps to pull some of the delicate aromatics from the Grenache Gris, and lies aging gives a touch of mid-palate weight. The wine is fresh, but not thin or too acidic, with good balance and texture.
