Drink now or let it age for many years to come! 55% Pinot Noir with 35% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier. Aged approximately 18 months on the lees and disgorged with no dosage. Year after year this is a bottle that I just keep coming back to! It is energetic, vibrant, and has this beautiful chalky minerality.
