A very vinous Champagne with beautiful notes of citrus, apple, and a touch of brioche. After even a few minutes in the glass it opened up and was incredibly smooth and fresh. This is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. It is fermented and aged in barrel before bottling and spend 36+ months sur lattes before disgorgement. This bottle is a showstopper for any and all events!
