This is a new wine from Patrick and Justine, made mostly with Chardonnay from the Auvergne, with a little Loire Valley twist, including small percentages of Chenin Blanc from Anjou and Sauvignon Blanc from Touraine. 

Lulu is all Gamay d'Auvergne from basalt/volcanic soils, a little touched by a subtle amount of volatile acidity, but mostly bursting with crunchy red fruit and bright, spicy aromatics. 

New to us, P is mostly Pinot Noir with a touch of Gamay, all from Auvergne fruit, and aged in stainless steel.
