Fun and friendly frizzante, pairing remarkably well with lots of food, especially during aperitivo hour. Bright citrus notes, apple, chamomile, and a touch of earth. The wine is aged in concrete tanks, then spends 6 months on the lees, and bottled with fresh grape must to achieve the bubble. The wine is not disgorged and is bottled 'Sui Lieviti'. Winemaker Federico recommends gently turning the bottle upsidedown to incorporate the lees (or lieviti) before enjoying!
