Nuit Blanche is a skin contact wine that is a blend of Riesling from Wiemer in the Finger Lakes and some Chardonnay from Macari on Long Island. The grapes spend about seven days on the skins, and the result is a textured and vibrant orange wine with savory aromatics, brilliant acidity and subtle tannins. There's a nice balance of tropical fruit and minerality that work together seamlessly. It can be enjoyed with or without food, but would be particularly good alongside grilled chicken, classic Chinese, or even pork dishes.
