This is mostly Syrah with some Grenache from Ardeche, with crunchy dark fruit but medium/light in body and easy to enjoy. Just a hint of earth and spice add complexity while the bright acidity gives lift. It can be enjoyed with a slight chill but doesn't necessarily need it, a perfect summer bbq wine that plays well with food but can be enjoyed on its own as well.
