From the lieu-dit ‘Les Cornillaux’ on hard limestone and grey Liassic marl soils. Organic farming without certification. Long gentle pressing with indigenous yeast fermentation in older barrels. Aged 11 months in barrel and 5 months in stainless steel tank before bottling. 2019 was the first vintage.
