100% Chardonnay from 3 parccels in Reuil on the right bank of the Valle de la Marne. Slopes are south facing and the vines are on chalk soils. Fermented in a mix of different sized barrels with native yeast. 100% malolactic fermentation and then aged 66 months sur lattes before disgorgement. Only 792 bottles made.
