Jonc Blanc 2021 Vin de France Bulle Rose

This delicate natural pét-nat is made with mostly Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and a smaller portion of  Sémillon (30%), and shows a pink-orange color in the glass. The mousse is very delicate, but at a quite high pressure, and on the palate herbal, red fruits, tea, and crushed strawberries are evident, with white fruits from the Semillon. Zero SO2, a little unusual, and totally natural!
