Vienna's famed co-fermented field blend Gemischter Satz has spread across Austria. From Styria near the border with Slovenia in the Alps, this "Satz" is mostly Gelber Muskateller with some Muller-Thurgau, Welschriesling and Scheurebe to round it out. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, it is a delightfully bright, mineral rendition of a gently floral white. Spring in a glass! -GH
