A very special Nocino (walnut liqueur) from Brooklyn-Based distillery, Forthave! As Daniel from Forthave explains: it is "made with walnuts I hand forage up around Rhinebeck. I macerate them for 9 months in stainless steel, rack off the juice, sweeten it with organic cane spirit, and let it rest for another nine months in glass demijohns."
