Tanca Nica 2025 Terre Siciliane Soki Soki

Nicoletta and Francesco have collected an impressive array of old vines. The Zibibbo that goes into Soki Soki is sourced from 11 parcels at varying micro-climates and elevations, at least 80 years of age. Each plot is vinified separately, with varying levels of maceration depending on the site and aged in a mix of ceramic tanks, demijohns, and chestnut barrels. The final blend is meant to represent the classic soils of Pantelleria: volcanic sands of pumice and lapill. Spicy basil and mint, apricot, passionfruit, and salty minerality.
