This is the second iteration of Thomas Finot's Petillant Naturel, made up of Jacquere, Altesse, and Verdesse (40/40/20) in the 2024 vintage. It's lively and fresh with aromas of wildflowers and subtle orchard fruit. The finish is crisp and clean, with subtle lemon zest bitterness and a touch of pear. It's an outstandingly energetic pet-nat with a mineral depth and complexity that really stands out, but still endlessly drinkable - perfect for a warm spring day!
