Les Fouques 2025 Cote de Provence L'Aubigue Rosé

Year after year, Yves Gros, Christelle and Jacques at the Biodynamic Domaine les Fouques make our favorite Provençal rosés. "Cuvée Aubigue" is their house rosé, with aromas of stone fruits (especially white peach) exotic fruits, quince and dried flowers with a refreshing palate, and flavors of peach, strawberry, and nectarine over cool herbal notes. The finish is suave and awash with citrus and stone. A delicate pale pink beauty in 2025 that finishes dry, long and refreshing. Superb  quality and by far the best value in a Provençal rosé!
