The newly released 2025 is drinking beautifully. All hand harvested Nerello Mascalese, Malvasia, Moscadella and Catarratto macerated for 10 days and then aged in epoxy. Crushed strawberries, red candy, popping florals and that quintessential Etna smoke in the finish! Susucaru has enough grit to pair effortlessly with anything from charred fish, to falafel, to most pastas and even a light salad. We can attest its lovely on its own too!
