Schatzel 17-24 Steiner Riesling

A solera started in 2017 that is aged under flor, each year 50% of removed and topped off with the current vintage in a 5,000 liter barrel. From a selection of old vines from Oelberg, Hipping, and Pettenthal. Really vibrant with floral aromatics that move towards a salty, umami, savory finish. Drinks well now but can easily age for years to come.
