100% Erbaluce grown in the Sizzano village production area from one of my favorite Alto Piemonte producers. It rests for 4 months in stainless steel tanks on the noble lees, extracting structure and character. It is bottled in the spring following the harvest. Yellow fruits and florals with an herbaceous finish. This is a wine of great personality and sense of place for $15!
