AdamsWein 2023 Spatburgunder Auf Dem Haun (Arrives 10/8)

From a vineyard that dates back to 1593. Mid slope on a west facing site that has a thin layer of slit soil before hitting limestone. 100% whole cluster fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged on the lees for 18 months in barrique. The most elegant wine of the lineup, with purity of bright red fruit alongside red florals. It has a lovely balance of freshness alongside structure. This drinks like a much more expensive wine and can age for years to come!
