50-year old vines sourced from the lieu-dits Evocelles and Sevrees. Manually harvested, aged in 228L barrels for 12-14 months and then an additional 2-3 months in bottle before release. This is a vibrant and aromatic wine with strawberry and violet. It is powerful with firm structure and a smooth finish. Drink now or over the next 5-10 years.
