100% Pinot Noir from 40 year old vines in a single vineyard in Polisot. The grapes are sourced from the bottom of the hill where soils are clay-limestone with bands of Kimmeridgian. Fermentation takes place in barrel with native yeast and the wine spends 36-48 months sur lattes. Disgorged in April 2025 with zero dosage. Only 6,000 bottles made.
