A blend of mostly Spergola and a touch of Moscato Giallo from vines planted in 1948 in clay soils. Fermentation in steel and aging in concrete after 4-5 days of skin contact.
While this is not a fully orange wine, the few days of skin contact bring a kiss of texture to the bright, zesty and refreshing profile. Dried flowers, wet stones, and some tropical fruit like pineapple and passionfruit.
