Majority 90 year old vines, with a small portion 30 years old. Aux Echezeaux is adjacent to Mazoyeres and Charmes-Chambertin Grand Crus and borders Morey-Saint-Denis. Beautiful notes of red ad black cherry with a spice and earthy mix. There is incredible lift and freshness on the palette. A truly fantastic wine that is perfectly in balance. Lovely now and will continue to drink well for years to come!
