A plot of 20-25 year-old vines on Kimmeridgian and Portlandian soils. Fermented in tank to showcase the fruit first. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation which brings complexity, and is rested on the lees for 8-13 months. The resulting wine showcases the classic aromas of Sauvignon Blanc, citrus, and a hint of green pepper. The palette has a bit more body in comparison to Sancerre but has incredible texture. This is an easy drinking, refreshing, bright style of Saint-Bris.
