Ria's Wines 2024 Sunny Side White

This is a blend of American hybrid grapes, including 55% Cayuga and 45% Vidal Blanc. These varietals are more resistant to disease and can handle the cooler climate, making them suitable for a more sustainable and organic approach to farming. The grapes are gently pressed over the course of 4-8 hours, allowing for some subtle extraction giving some subtle aromatics and texture. This is an incredibly refreshing wine, with bright apple and citrus fruit alongside vibrant acidity with a dry, clean finish. It's a perfect wine to share with friends, great on its own or with anything light and fresh - sushi, ceviche, or salsa/guacamole all come to mind.
