45-year-old vines in the plot ‘Les Treuils’ in the northern portion of Fixin. Partially destemmed with 30% whole grapes The wine was aged for 12 months in 30% new wood. There is a ripe bouquet here with blackberries and a hint of spice. A truly fresh and elegant red Burgundy.
