Sourced from 40-year-old vines in the ‘En Malpertuis’ plot in Couchy just north of Fixin. 1/3 Fermented in barrel and the rest in stainless steel Then aged 12 months on the fine lees. Just 1,600 bottles made! This wine has a fantastic aroma of lemon peel with excellent minerality, and a hint of golden apple. The finish is bright with a slightly salty quality and a lot of minerality.
