From slightly botrytized fruit harvested on old vines trained on a single pole within the lieu-dit in the heart of Steffensberg. This was my favorite Auslese of the lineup, this wine had a beautiful elegance with notes of yellow flowers and apricot, it was intense yet so lively and delicious.
