The blend changes every year for Thomas Finot's unique and refreshing Tractor Blanc - which is a blend of Jacquère, Chardonnay and Altesse in 2024. This is a delightful everyday wine, featuring lovely aromas of green apple, quince, melon, almond, hay and brown spice. It's medium-bodied but balanced, crystalline, mineral and lively with bright acidity, showing flavors of pear, almond, citrus and stone, with just a hint of roundness from the Chardonnay. Serve happily by itself or with fish in sauce, roast chicken, salads and mild cheeses.
