Wow, is this wine delicious! Crushed and pressed nearly directly, raised in used barriques and held an additional year in barrel before release. Incredible mineral, flinty, and slightly reductive while still being beautifully balanced with acidity. My tasting notes just say "TASTY!" at the end. This wine is pretty limited so act fast!
