From two parcels in the lieu-dit Vigneux which is located just below Les Suchots. It’s made 60-70% whole cluster and fermented with ambient yeast. It aged for 12-18 months in 25% new oak barrels.
Jasper Morris: Quite a full purple, though with less on the nose than the trio of regional wines. The Vigneux has a suave silkiness at the front of the palate, showing more structure behind. Staying firmly in a red berry register, with additional intensity right at the back. Properly persistent
