Hand harvested, spontaneously fermented at a very slow temperature. Aged on the lees with no fining or filtration. Rudolf's father planted the vineyard and it was replanted with Riesling in 2016. This Riesling had ripping acidity! It starts off mineral and salty and moved towards flavors of lime, and white florals. Even with its high acidity, there's nice weight and balance to the wine.
