From Importer: Certified Biodynamic. 100% estate Pinot Noir drawn entirely from the Ambonnay single-vineyard ‘Les Saints Rémys,’ planted in both 1975 and 1992. This parcel is planted 100% to pinot noir on the west side of Ambonnay close to Bouzy. A total surface area of .37 ha gives roughly 1800 bottles in this vintage. 165m of altitude, limestone and red clay soils, with a base soil of chalk starting at a depth of 80cm. Brut Nature and aged in oak as are all wines at the Marguet domaine. Disgorged February 2025 with 10ppm SO2 added at bottling.
