Le Regard du Loir is an iconic natural wine from the Loire Valley, from Pineau D'Aunis vines in the Coteaux du Loir near Jasnieres. While not tannic, the wine is stuctured enough to keep nicely, although it's quite beautiful now drunk over a few days. This is a delicious Pineau d'Aunis that will complement a wide variety of foods, not to mention being lip-smaking good on its own!
