The Rateau Aligoté is from Jean-Claude's Biodynamic vineyard in the Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune. The 2025 Aligoté is elegant and full of pleasure, notes of lemon curd, almond, golden apple, and white florals are a plenty. On the palate the citrus is fresher with more tart fruit. The finish is long and has excellent minerality. A great value to be enjoyed over the next 3 to 5 years!
