Franc Tireur is is not your average young and fruity Carignan! Vines here are between 100-120 years-old. I foung this wine to be delicious and elegant. Alc. is 12.5% and aging was in tronconique cement tank, which gives the wine soft edges and openness and allows for a long and delicate extraction of tannins. -EL
