From Vins de Lieu website: A blend of Trousseau, Poulsard, Chardonnay, and Savagnin. The grapes are hand harvested from a co-planted 60+ year old vineyard near Buffard. The Chardonnay is direct pressed and bathes the destemmed Trousseau grapes in an infusion-style maceration. This wine is then blended with a touch of Savagnin and Poulsard before aging in amphora.
