Aged in 50% 600L barrels and 50% in stainless steel. A wine of excellent balance, notes of lemon curd with a stoney palette. In a very uncommon scenario, next year they will be making less of their Bourgogne Blanc as a section of their vineyard sites have been upgraded to Fixin AOC.
