From the Lorcher Pfaffenwies vineyard with stony hunsruck slate and taunus quartzite soils. Natural fermentation and aging in stainless steel and used oak. This wine has insane acid! There is amazing notes of peach and pear with white florals. Drinking well now but will age for many years to come!
