The perfect spring and summer red as the temperatures here in New York begin to rise. Coming from 30 year old vines, this wine is 100% destemmed and has a 10 day maceration in stainless steel. Additional aging also take place in mainly stainless steel tanks. This wine is savory, with notes of tart red fruit. It is light on its feet and would be perfect served chilled.
