This is not your average Gamay Pet-Nat, with very fine bubbles, lovely texture and a chiseled dry finish. There's hints of toasty brioche on the nose that give it more of a Champagne quality, but taut and precise on the palate with pretty red fruit and bright acidity. One of the highlights from tasting recently, this is remarkably easy to drink but still feels like a serious bubbly.
