A blend of Muller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Johanniter, and Muscaris. THe Bacchus is skin-fermented for 7 days and everything else is just soaked overnight before pressing. Everything is fermented and aged seperately in used 500L barrles and stainless steel tanks for 11 months, and is then blended together. The nose is beautifully perfumed with flowers, and lime zest. It is delicate and pretty with a crisp finish.
