A tasty, light bodied red from the folks at 2Naturkinder, this is a perfect bottle to welcome the Spring and drink with a chill this Summer. A blend of Domina, Regent, and Spatburgunder (Pinot Noir), from several vineyard parcels. The Regent and Domina are fermented together, with Domina bunches soaked in direct-pressed Regent juice for 3 days before pressing everything and aging in old oak. The Spatburgunder goes through carbonic maceration and aging separately in stainless steel tanks. Everything is blended a year later and then bottled.
