The rare and superb Romorantin from Tue-Boeuf is approximately 15% from 115 year-old vines and 35% from 50 year-old franc de pied vines, with 50% from a new vineyard planted by the Clos in 2018, on clay/silex soils, aged 12 months in Burgundy barrels, about 15 mg/l SO2. If drinking now please decant well in advance to bring out the stone fruits, almond, mineral and anise flavors. An absolutely beautiful wine in 2024.
