This is a blend of Concord, Catawba and Delaware, all hybrid grapes with a strong footprint in the Finger Lakes region. It's light and juicy but with sneaky structure, not quite as "grapey" as the more Concord-dominant wines but still with plenty of fruit and a unique balance of fruit and minerality. Great with a slight chill!
