This is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, fermented in French oak. It's pale, crisp and dry with plenty of body and a good amount of acidity that balance each other nicely. At 12.5% it's not particularly heavy, but certainly has the structure to hold up to a variety of foods. A delicious late summer or fall rose, perfect for year-round drinking!
